Scoped proposal
We'll send you a clear, written Scope of Work document covering exactly what will be built, how it connects to your existing tools, what's included, and the finalised price. No surprises.

50% deposit to start
Once you're happy with the proposal, development begins on receipt of a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due on delivery, before the tool goes live.

Build & handover
We build, test, and hand over a working tool, typically within the week quoted. You get a walkthrough, a short how-to guide, and ongoing support covered by your monthly running cost.
